I received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University in 2001, the MS Degree in fiber optics from the same university in 2007, and I received Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Bridgeport in 2012. From 2002 to 2008, I was with Electrical Engineering Department, Alexandria University, Egypt, as a lecturer. From August 2012 to August 2013 I was an assistant professor in the Alexandria University before I moved to University of Business and Technology, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I received the promotion for associate professor in May 2018.
